Owen's project uses DFT to study the reactivity of metal surfaces with hydrogen to better understand their catalytic properties. Specifically, he will be studying various copper surfaces and the adsorption characteristics of small molecules.
Owen is a 4th Year Materials Science student at St Catherine's College. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and photography.
